Performance Sessions: If you’re looking to take your strength and physique to another level, this is the session for you. In a small group setting, we combine traditional strength and conditioning with functional fitness to make insanely challenging workouts that get results. Each cycle is based the traditional barbell lifts or Olympics lifts and their variations to build strength. After the strength work, there are 1-2 metcons that will focus on building work capacity and strength for the main lift you are focusing on.
1-on-1 Sports Performance Coaching: If you are an athlete looking to take their performance to the next level, come work with our Strength and Performance Coach. You will get a completely individualized plan and get 1-on-1 coaching so you get the most out of every rep in the gym.
